Disclaimer: I’m not (yet) a certified coach. Nevertheless, I adhere to the International Coaching Federation ethical guidelines.
- Coaching for individuals navigating change, purpose, or a new professional path
- Consulting for companies seeking to align values with business interests and purpose
- Counseling for leaders and entrepreneurs who feel stuck, fragmented, or out of sync with their mission
How it works:
- Coaching sessions are conversation where I help by asking questions and showing different perspectives through stories.
- I don’t diagnose, I don’t advise.
- I sometimes give exercises or recommend sources (people, books, websites, videos, etc)
- The first session is always free. We would get acquainted and talk about what it is you want help with and we take it from there.
- At the end of the first conversation we conclude that I can help, or not. And if I can, we make a plan for another session and take it from there.
